General.
Keyboard.
Text Replacement
Then hit the plus + icon in the upper right corner.
Enter the Phrase.
This is where you create the standard message to easily send to clients who didn't answer their phone.
Enter the Shortcut.
Such as ppp, NoAnswer, or anything that you can easily remember to use and is quick to type,
Tap "Add".
