There are 3 different fee structures which you can choose from:
- All new fee rates as per the current schedule (these would be the same as any new incoming franchisee);
2. All new fee rates as per the current schedule but leave the base fee and compliance discount as the franchisees current rate; or
3. All new fee rates as per the current schedule but the base fee and compliance discount can be reduced by the same percentage (if the percentage reduction is greater than 15% they must obtain Divisional Franchisor approval.

Please note if you choose option 2 and the franchisee does not have a compliance discount this will be incorporated in the agreement by adding the current compliance discount rate to the base fee.
