Why are the numbers in this report different from FMS4
The leads report Certain reports in FMS4 groups group the leads by using lead_date, whereas while other reports in FMS4 group the leads report in FMS5 groups it by using date_created. Please see below for the explanation of the difference.
To reduce the confusion, the FMS5 report has standardised the measures by only grouping the leads using the date_created. The numbers will eventually reconcile, but maybe may be placed in different time buckets for a specific time period.

Example: Customer A called the call centre on 1 Jan 2021 to request a job. He/she wanted the job to be done on 15 Jan 2021. The date_created is 01/01/2021 and the lead_date is 15/01/2021.
