Please follow this guide if you experience Error 76 while using FMS4 during billing.
Problem
The "Path not found (error 76)" sometimes seen when downloading the billing file, printing or emailing the billing, indicates that FMS can't find (or doesn't have permission to write to) the folder you have specified for storing fees files.
Not only is this folder used for downloading your monthly billing file, it is also used for storing the pdf files that are emailed or printed.
Step-by-step guide
To fix this problem...
- Open FMS4
- Go to Setup > Your Preferences and enter a valid folder name at "Export fees files to".
Click the Browse button just below that to help you select one.
Any folder under Libraries > Documents > My Documents (Windows 7/8/10) should work.
