Are you trying to access your leads, messages, work requirements (etc) in Jims Online?
Add the steps involved:
Browse to the Jim's Online Website
Enter your User name
This is you franchisee code. Example AA1
Enter your Password
This is your unique 'case sensitive' password which can be reset on request.
If you have already been sent a new password, but you haven't received it, please check your Junk Items folder if you do not see the resent password in your In Box.
