How do I suspend a franchisee (FSO)?
Franchisors may suspend Franchisees, usually for reasons of illness or unavoidable absence when they are unable to work. No fees are payable but the Franchisee must maintain public liability insurance.
To suspend a Franchisee, send a written request to documents@jims.net, including the Franchisee’s own written request. Suspensions are for three months’ only but may be extended with good reason.
