Jim's Online - Resend Customer Survey

Customer surveys are sent 9 days after the job booking. A survey can be sent before the 9 days by the FSE via Jim's Online.

Surveys can only be sent manually once per month, per client. This is to prevent spamming.

Surveys of a 5 star rating cannot be resent.

Infotech can sent email surveys manually, overriding these rules.

How a FSE can send a survey.

Use when no prior survey review has been received.

To send a survey, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to https://jimsonline.net/

  2. Click Clients > Client List

  3. Locate the correct client and job

  4. Click “Ask for Rating”

This will send the survey to the customer first via SMS, then via email if no reply is received from the SMS survey after 3 days.

 

How a FSE can send a review survey.

Use when a prior survey review has been received of less than 5 stars.

To resend a survey, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to https://jimsonline.net/

  2. Click Clients > Client List

  3. Locate the correct client and job

  4. Click “Ask for Review”

This will re-send the survey to the customer first via SMS, then via email if no reply is received from the SMS survey after 3 days.

How InfoTech can send a survey.

Use when the fse/FSO requests a send but cannot do it themselves.

To send a survey, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to fms4

  2. Click Functions > Select survey type (FSO/FSE/Customer) > Select FSE (or clienet job) > Send survey
