Leads can get assigned outside of Work hours if the FSE is available the following days. Franchisees are not expected to get back to the customer until the following day.
We are in the process of updating the system so that whether the leads and messages gets delivered outside of work hours will be optional and can be configured by the Franchisees
Until then, Support can advise the user to set the phone to Do Not Disturb so that it will block push notifications from Jim’s Jobs. Users can also set exceptions in DND mode so that they will not miss other important information such as private calls etc.
