Resetting Jims Online / Jims Jobs Passwords

  • Users can reset their own from the login page. Check junk items if not received, or could be an incorrect email address that they are checking.

  • DHD can connect to FMS4 via their local PC Farm machines (PC08 & PC141) and via these instructions:

  • Click on Find FSE on left hand side

  • Enter FSE code and press search

  • Double Click on FSE name and details

  • Click on ‘Misc’

  • Click on Email New Password

  • Click on Send Password (disregard the warning a valid email address is required to use Jims Online the FSE’s will be aware of this) this will generate a new login password and send it to the FSE email address
