Formitize - How to sign up to formitize

Franchisee's wanting to sign up for the Formitize app can now do this via Jimsonline, all JimsOnline contacts will be transferred once FSE opts-in for Formitize



  1. Login to Jims online https://jimsonline.net



      2.Click on "Options" then  "Options & Notifications"




      3. Click on “Click here to go to the Formitize Page”.



4. Click on the Formitize Opt-in checkbox.


5. Please review the pop up, then click "OK" to accept or "Cancel"

     

6. An email will be sent with login details to your email id from support@formitize.com

    All JimsOnline contacts will be transferred once FSE opts-in for Formitize
