The Formitize App is developed and supported by Formitize.

For now, please use the below methods to access support for the Formitize App.

  1. To view "How To" guides and "Frequently Asked Questions" (FAQ), please browse to http://support.formitize.com/support/home
  2. For email support please email: support@formitize.com 
  3. There is also an In-App help button in the Web version of Formitize, as pictured below:
