Jim’s Serviced by Franchisee
Lead came through the Jim’s brand and was allocated to a Jim’s franchisee
Does not include any pickups (see definition of pickup below)
Jim’s Serviced by Contractor
Lead came through the Jim’s brand but there was no available franchisee
It was allocated by a Jim’s Plus contractor
Jim’s Unserviced
Lead came through the Jim’s brand but was not allocated to a franchisee or contractor
Jim’s Pickup
The client called the franchisee directly. The lead did not come through the Jim’s system.
Jim’s Plus Serviced by Franchisee
Lead came through the Jim’s Plus brand but was allocated by a Jim’s franchisees
Jim’s Plus Serviced by Contractor
Lead came through the Jim’s Plus brand and was allocated by a Jim’s Plus contractor
Jim’s Plus Unserviced
Lead came through the Jim’s Plus brand but was not allocated to a franchisee or contractor
Grouping of Leads
Total Jim’s Leads = Jim’s Serviced by Franchisee + Jim’s Serviced by Contractor + Jim’s Unserviced
Why are the numbers in this report different from FMS4
Certain reports in FMS4 group the leads using lead_date while other reports in FMS4 group the leads using date_created. Please see below for the explanation of the difference.
To reduce the confusion, the FMS5 report has standardised the measures by only grouping the leads using the date_created. The numbers will eventually reconcile, but may be placed in different time buckets for a specific time period.
date_created: the date when the client called
lead_date: the date the client wanted to schedule the job
Example: Customer A called the call centre on 1 Jan 2021 to request a job. He/she wanted the job to be done on 15 Jan 2021. The date_created is 01/01/2021 and the lead_date is 15/01/2021.
