How to change the settings for quote follow-ups?

The settings for quote follow-ups can be found by going to the Setup > Client SettingsSettings > Auto Follow-Ups.

Under the section Quote Follow Up, you can find the settings for quote follow-ups. This is where you can turn this feature off/on by clicking the tick boxes and choose when the reminder is sent out.

If the quote follow-up function is enabled, automatic follow-ups are sent to prospects whose quotes are in the "Active" status. Updating the quote status to “Accepted”, “Rejected”, “Cancelled”, and “Expired” can cancel the reminder for an individual quote.
