Standard amendment and Business Name Registration fees apply as per the the Cost Table for Documents


Once we have the above information territory amendment documents are issued and need to be held for 14 days prior to being signed and returned. Once signed documents are received Transfers are processed on the 5th of the month (after after the next end of month billing has been processed ) Once transferred we issue territory amendment documents that need to be held for 14 days and then returned.(usually around the 5th or 6th of the month at the latest).

If Franchisors wish for the transfer to take place mid month or prior to end of month being finalised by Finance Team, we require written confirmation from both Franchisors that they agree to manually adjust any billing discrepancies caused by this between themselves.
