Franchisee Transferring Region

To transfer a FSE from one region to another we need the following:

  • Written notification from the FSE that they wish to transfer
  • Written notification to the existing FSO that the transfer is taking place
  • Written notification from the new FSO that they accept the transfer
  • The new territory name and description


Standard amendment and Business Name Registration fees apply as per the Cost Table for Documents



Transfers are processed on the 5th of the month (after end of month billing has been processed) Once transferred we issue territory amendment documents that need to be held for 14 days and then returned.
