Renewal of Regional Franchisor Agreement

When a Regional Franchisor's contract is up for renewal Jim's Group will consider renewal subject to the Franchisor being compliant with the terms of their agreement and the manuals.

The National Franchisor will notify the Regional Franchisor in writing, not less than 6 months prior to the end of the Term, of its intention to enter into a renewal

The Divisional Franchisor will discuss with the Regional Franchisor the terms of the renewal including fees with the final terms being signed off by the National Franchisor and a new agreement to be prepared and issued.
