Franchisee Surrender (NZ)

If a franchisee needs to surrender their franchise, please follow the below. 

Surrender Process

1. Once notification from the Franchisee has been received that they wish to surrender, you can use one of the templates located in the info box below, fill out the template, get them to sign it, as well as the Franchisor, and then send it to compliance@jims.net
2. Create a note in FMS and upload it to FMS as a note and we will enter the end date for you. If they cannot sign the document, an email stating that the surrender is effective as per the surrender date attached to the signed letter by the FSO will be sufficient.
