Solvency Declaration (AUS)

Every Franchisor within Australia is required to provide a solvency statement or solvency declaration with their disclosure document under the Franchising Code of Conduct.

If you have not traded for more than 2 full financial years as a Franchisor or your corporate entity has not traded for more than 2 full financial years then a solvency declaration is required.
