How to enter Proactive Contact in FMS4

When entering proactive contact into FMS

Step-by-step guide

 record the details of your calls in Microsoft Word;
 select the text and use the copy function ([Ctrl] [C] or right mouse click and select Copy) to add to the clipboard;
 enter FMS4;
 select the Regional Franchisor menu and click on Find a Regional Franchisor;
 in the drop down list box which appears, select your Regional Franchisor’s name;
 click on the FSO details button;
 click on the Proactive Contact button. A list of your Franchisees will appear;
 select the Franchisee to which you want to add the call details;
 click on the Add Proactive Contact button to add proactive contact to your Franchisee;
 the “days ago” column indicates the number of days since you entered proactive contact against this Franchisee;
 use [Ctrl] [V] (right click paste will not work in FMS4) to paste the text in your clipboard into the note; and manually type any specific comments that you or the Franchisee made during the conversation.
