How do Region Boundaries work?

When your region boundaries are up, jobs that are inside your enquiries area should always go to your franchisees, then someone else if none of yours are available.

If your region boundaries are down but not for neighbouring regions, jobs inside your region could leak. However, jobs from neighbouring region would not go to yours unless no available franchisee can be found in their region. So you should only take down region boundaries if neighbouring regions are also doing so, otherwise your franchisees will be at a disadvantage.

It is always recommended to geospaced your franchisees' territory as it is working well in term of job allocation. If your franchisee is having a difficulty by getting leads with the geospaced territory, that could be because of settings.
