Six (6) Month Breach - Unpaid fees
Six (6) Month Breach - Unpaid fees
If you have a franchisee who you are breaching every month, we have created a 6 month breach notice which allows you to:
- breach for unpaid fees (with a 14 day expiry); and
- breach for a 6 month term if they default on fees again (without the need to breach again for unpaid fees).
We recommend using this template once they have been breached for 3 consecutive months.
If you do not wish to breach yourself, the compliance department can issue this breach notice of your behalf.
Note - please see applicable document preparation fees associated with this service https://jimsgroup.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/kb/view/30188912
Note - whoever issues the breach notice, also need to issue a termination notice if applicable.
