Police Check

Prospects are required to provide one or more of the following documents to National prior to commencing as a Franchisee and a start date being entered into FMS.


1. A Police Check available from the State in which the Prospect has predominantly resided during the last ten years; and/or
2. If the Prospect has lived outside Australia in the last ten years, a police check from the country/countries in which the Prospect has lived; or
3. A statutory declaration signed by the Prospect declaring that the Prospect has applied for a relevant Police Check and advising whether or not they have a police record (in Australia or overseas) during the last ten years. Accompanied by a receipt for the purchase of the police check and/or an email from the police check company noting their is a delay for the police check. 

Refer to Form DOC002 Statutory Declaration for Police Check.
Some Divisions, tendered work, or clients may also require a Working with Children check. If this is required, please add the requirement to FMS Notes.
