How to complete and sign your Regional Franchise Documents

How to complete and sign your Regional Franchise Documents:

Provide the following documents:

(a) Direct Debit - Use the instructions provided in part 2 of your document suite to setup the direct debit request and Authority;

(b) Police Check;

(c) Direct deposit the monies required for the Initial Regional Fee (Purchase Price) and/or other up front payments into our Trust Account:

(d)  Regional Franchise Agreement, we will require the agreement to be sent back in full with the following completed:

      (i)   complete (to reflect whether you have obtained independent advice or not) and then sign as indicated next to your name/s (annexure page); 

      (ii)  Complete the commencement date and execution date at the beginning of the schedule and initial next to both; and

      (iii)  Sign where indicated on the execution page and complete the execution date.

(f)   Disclosure Document, we require a copy of the page titled “Receipt”, on this page:

      (i)  complete item 1 to insert the date on which you received the documentation (a minimum of 14 days prior to the date on which you are to sign); and

      (ii)  sign as indicated next to your name/s and insert the date.

(g)  Authority to Register Business Name required in full:

     (i)  complete all the details in the right-hand column of the Business Name Registration Information tables in relation to Holder Details and Addresses (if these have not automatically been completed);

     (ii)  please tick the Declaration boxes in the right-hand column – if applicable;

     (iii) if the Business Name is already registered, please complete all details in the right-hand column of the information table relating to this;

     (iv) sign the execution page as indicated next to your name/s

 

# if resale/split - Sale of Business Agreement, we require a signed copy of the Sale of Business Agreement and any other documents accompanying this agreement.

 

Please then email a scanned copy of all of the above to documents@jims.net we will review the documents and advise if there is anything further required. Once it is determined everything has been provided a new Regional Profile will be setup and further instruction will be sent through to you regarding access to this profile and the process of setting the region live etc.
