What are the franchisee meetings requirement?

Answer

Franchisors must offer at least 8 meetings a year (4 meetings between January and June, and 4 meetings between July and December) within 50 km of each Franchisee’s home. 5 meetings can be held via zoom at the Franchisors direction, a minimum of 3 must be in person. 

Each meeting must include a time for general discussion and at least seven meetings per year must have a training component.

Franchisors must provide at least 30 days’ notice to Franchisees, including an agenda, A summary of the meeting discussions and attendance list must be recorded and uploaded into FMS.
