What is a compliance audit?

Compliance audits ensure that our Franchisees are operating in accordance with their Franchise Agreement and relevant Manuals.

Regional Franchisors may be required to conduct a compliance audit of each Franchisee in accordance with this Manual and their divisional Manuals on at least an annual basis. He or she must then communicate the results of this audit to the Franchisee and enter the results into FMS within one month of the audit.
