I have a franchisee who wishes to change the Entity Details they are trading under that is listed in their Franchise Agreement (Example. From a Sole Trader to a Company etc.).

This is not a problem, all you need to do is download this document Instruction Sheet for an entity change of a Franchisee AUS.pdf and email it documents@jims.net
