How long do contracts take to process?

How long do contracts take to process by the Document Team? 

Answer 

Documents must be held for 14 days from when received before they can be signed.

Once the Documents Team receive all completed documents they are generally processed within 2 working days along as all requirements from the Franchisee/Franchisor are completed with the call centre setup process.

Important

Don't risk having to refund the whole purchaser price to the incoming franchisee by not satisfying the full 14 day holding period.

Franchisors in the past have been caught out by this and had to refund a full purchase price to a franchisee because of this.
