The Franchisee Survey Compliance Outline and Flowchart

Jim's Group takes it's customers surveys very seriously. Which in turn has lead to the creation of our survey compliance system.

This system is triggered by a franchisee receiving a certain number of complaints.

The system will then put in place a number of steps to try and improve this.
