How to access the online instruction sheet FMS4

Jim's Group will be progressively phasing out the PDF instruction sheets and replacing them with online versions.

Login to FMS4 with your username and password.
Click on the left hand side of the screen the 'Find Enquiry' tab.
You will then see the above screen, enter your prospective franchisees name and the click 'search'.
Select the relevant franchisee profile you need to request documents for.
Once selected, you will see the above screen. you will need to then click the 'Start the signup process'.
Once you click on 'Start the signup process' you will see the above options become available. You will now be able to select the 'Enter instruction sheet' option.
Once you click on the 'Enter instruction sheet' option, you will be redirected to the above page on FMS5 in your web browser. (We recommend Google Chrome for the best performance).
You will see the various instruction sheets, click 'proceed' on the relevant option for your sale.
Once you select your option (please allowed time for the above page to load) you will be see the above interactive version of the existing PDF instruction sheets.
You can then complete the relevant sections of the instruction sheet according to your sale type and either save/submit at the end of the process
