Police Checks and Statutory Declarations

Before starting a Franchisee the Documents Team must receive a police check for all directors, managers and people involved in the business and operation of the Franchise.

Previously Franchisees were able to start from a statutory declaration while organising a police check and waiting for it to come through. Due to some franchisees starting and later having numerous offences on their police checks we will no longer accept stat decs and require the police check prior to starting.
