Franchisee Advertising

Answer

Franchisees may not advertise their mobile number with any reference to the Jim’s brand, except when directly handling material to customers, or for advertising that cannot be seen by people outside territory. Thus, a letterbox leaflet would be OK but not one on vehicle or trailer or a billboard that could be seen by motorists driving through.
