Jimbo is a App that is used by Franchisors to better communicate with their Franchisees.

Please add Franchisees from a given region to my Jimbo app

1. Check if the user is the Franchisor for the Region or if request is coming from National staff

2. Search for user’s account in Admin Panel and access the “Associated Franchisees” page

   • Open

     

3. Check if requested Franchisees/Region is listed under the ”Associated Franchises for Jimbo” section

   • Open
