Franchisee Training Points (FSE)

Franchisees must attend at least 75% of meetings and must earn at least 60 ‘training points’ per year, as follows:

• Meeting or business review: 5
• Pro-active contact: 3
• Conference: 25 per day
• Half Day conference 10

Thus, for example, a Franchisee who accepts one pro-active contact call per month and attends at least six meetings would be compliant.
