Suspension of Franchise Business (FSE)

If temporarily unable to continue your business due to illness and can produce a medical certificate, you may apply to your Franchisor to have it suspended for a set period but, not exceeding 3 months.

While suspended you must not operate the business. No fees are payable but public liability insurance cover is still required.
