This release will bring the ability to send SMS to Franchisees and Prospectives through the Jimbo app. The features include:

Fixed a bug on iOS where:
Footer is not getting displayed correctly in some cases
User is not able to click on email to take you to the send email page
Google Address suggestion is not working on Prospective FSE screen

Fixed a bug on Android where:
Application crashes randomly when refreshing the Franchisee page
Send Logs function is not working/responding
'Phone Number' is clickable and giving random number when there is no phone number available on the Prospect record.

Clicking on the email address of Franchisee from the contacts details or the send email option from the menu in the bottom right hand corner will take you to the send email screen. From the send email screen, you can access the Templates screen by clicking on the “>” button on the Subject field. New Enquiry Timer
A new timer will show up on the Home screen alongside the New Enquiry card. The timer will appear red once it reaches the 15 minute mark. The timer will disappear once a call attempt has been made. |

JIMBO 1.5.0 Release notesNew Enquiries / Prospective Franchisees Summary Prospective franchisees have been added to Jimbo. We have based the development on the first five stages of the process as per FMS which are Enquired, Spoken to FSO, Information Kit, Interview and Trailing Results. We have also split our development into multiple stages and this is just the first release. Home page changes On the Jimbo Home page, new enquiries will display first, in blue and will have a stage of Enquired. The person’s name and date and time they called will display. Only three at a time display on the home page and they will be the ones you need to call first. You will be able to call the prospect by clicking on the call icon and their number will automatically come up to call. You can select a card from here and see more details about the prospective franchisee.
Call notes (for prospectives) When you have finished your call, the Call note page will display where you can manually add a note about the conversation. This is a private note. The note date will be recorded. The call date, time and duration are recorded here and on the overall notes page for the prospect. This is also recorded in FMS in the notes section. To complete the note, click on “Submit to FMS” button
Prospects We have created a new Prospects menu option at the bottom of the App next to the “Calls” menu option. This is where all your Prospective Franchisee records will display. Your prospective franchisee will display in order of stage for now. More filtering and searching capabilities will be in future releases. You can select a card from here and see more details about the prospective franchisee and any calls and notes.
My Prospect The “My Prospect” page has all the details about the prospective franchisee such as the name, date and time they originally called and the stage the enquiry is at.
All Notes & Activities page The All Notes & Activities page displays all the calls and call details when you have contacted your prospect as well as all your notes. You can add a new note by using the Add note button at the bottom of the screen: Adding note The Prospect Note page displays the date of the note, the stage of where the enquiry is at and after you have edited you can Save the changes and “send to FMS”. If you click the X to leave the screen without saving your changes, you will get a reminder about saving the note.
Editing notes Editing of notes is available according to FMS rules: notes can be edited within the first 24 hours of its creation. |
