Question:
On monthly invoices, under the Lead Fee, when we have several leads within a month, why does the invoice Why does the lead fee line always state Qty . = 1 and the UOM just say EZ and Unit Price giving the = total amount. It would be easier for us to see the Qty. saying the lead fee. Why can't it show the actual number of leads given for that month (5), Unit price is the price for one lead, and the Total = the total charges for all the leads fees for the month.
ie: Qty. = 5 / Unit price= $8.32 / Total=$41.19
That would give us a clearer picture on the invoices of how many leads we had per month.

From the IT Team:
Thanks for your suggestion. However some and unit price being the actual lead price.
Answer from IT Team:
Some leads, particularly cross-division leads, have different lead fees and/or a different lead fee discount percentage so unfortunately we can't show them this way. It's best if you look at your monthly leads report for the breakdown of the lead fee. Each lead is shown along with its fee. At the bottom is the total lead fee and the total number of leads.
