Question:

Why does the lead fee line always state Qty = 1 and Unit Price = total lead fee. Why can't it show the actual number of leads for that month and unit price being the actual lead price.

Some leads, particularly cross-division leads, have different lead fees and/or a different lead fee discount percentage so unfortunately we can't show them this way. It's best if you look at your monthly leads report for the breakdown of the lead fee. Each lead is shown along with its fee. At the bottom is the total lead fee and the total number of leads.
