Lead not paid for
You will be charged for a lead when a customer selects you. If a lead payment is not honoured, you still receive the lead but you won’t be able to receive any more until you pay the outstanding amount and update your card details.
To view your transactions, press the 'ACCOUNT' tab and from the drop-down select ‘TRANSACTIONS’. Under the status tab, you will see SUCCESS or DECLINED. If a transaction says declined, there will be a reason for the decline in the notes section. Please rectify this issue by updating your card details as quickly as possible and paying the outstanding amount on the Transactions page by clicking RETRY PAYMENT. You will be unable to receive more leads until the lead is paid for.
