Two-hour time frame - explanation

At Jim’s Plus, we value great customer service and expect our contractors to as well.  We find that leads convert more often, the quicker you call. Therefore, contractors need to call the customer as soon as possible after they receive the lead UP TO a MAXIMUM of two hours.  Please don’t wait two hours to call the customer, this is a maximum time frame.  If you don’t call within 2 hours, the customer may choose another contractor to quote the job.
