Turning off Availability

If you are unable to receive leads for a period of time, login to Jim’s Plus, go to ‘ACCOUNT’ and select 'DETAILS'.  On the right-hand side, you will see the SETTINGS box.  Go to RECEIVE LEADS and select off to turn off leads.  Remember to go back here and switch leads back to ON when you are available again.



If you can't take leads for a specific period PLEASE pause your leads.  Go to the ACCOUNT tab and select DETAILS.  In the SETTINGS box click PAUSE LEADS and enter your start and finish dates and times for when you won’t be available to accept leads.  Your leads will automatically switch back on after the end date.  No need to remember to log in again to switch your leads back on.
