What if I don’t have the right licences?

It is best not to offer services that you don’t have the right licences for. That’s because you’re liable for the services you provide – and any related issues that may arise.

Work Guarantee

We have added a $200 work guarantee to boost your profile when you are displayed to customers and increase your chance of converting your leads. This is provided to cover your workmanship up to a value of $200 if there is a customer issue.  If we pay this amount to a customer for an issue regarding your workmanship, your account will be suspended until you reimburse us this amount.

Police Checks

We have also launched an integrated police check ‘badge’ which is provided through CV Check. This will boost your profile when you are displayed to customers and increase your chance of converting your leads. To display the badge, you will need to purchase police check on the Account page.  Police Checks give customers peace of mind and will increase your chance of winning leads over contractors who don’t have one. Once you select the purchase a charge of $55.00 will be taken from your card. You will need to follow the process as guided by CV Check. Please note that you also receive a copy of the police check to use as you wish with your business.

If you already have police check and it is no older than 12 months old, we can upload it for you.  Please email a copy of the police check to support@jimsplus.com and we will do the rest.
