How do I ask my customer for a review?

We send a survey to your customers ten days after you receive the lead. But in most cases, this is too long.  To increase your chances of getting reviews, ask your customer to review you upon completion of the job.  To do this, log into your account and under the LEADS INFO tab, select LEADS.  Find the relevant customer and then click the link ASK FOR RATING.  This will immediately send the customer a review to their mobile phone which they can fill out then and there.
