Stop Leads

To quickly opt out of receiving leads, go to the ACCOUNT tab and select DETAILS from the drop down.  Simply click the OFF tab next to Receive Leads.  Remember to come back to this page and select ON when you are ready to accept leads again.  You won’t be shown to customers while you are switched off.

If you can't take leads for a specific period of time, PLEASE pause your leads.  Go to the ACCOUNT tab and select DETAILS.  In the SETTINGS box click PAUSE LEADS and enter your start and finish dates and times for when you won’t be available to accept leads.  Your leads will automatically switch back on after the end date.  No need to remember to log in again to switch them back on.
