Leads Explanation

LEADS:

To view your leads, press the 'LEADS INFO’ tab on the top row of the homepage and select LEADS from the drop-down choices.  Here you will see the full list of all the leads you have secured so far.  You will see customer details including name, email address and phone number.  You can also see the date you received the lead and the rating and comments given to you on the survey by the customers.  This is where you can prompt the customer to review you if they haven’t already by clicking the ASK FOR RATING button.  If you click the customer’s name, more details appear in a drop-down box.
