Jim’s Plus contractors are reviewed using 1-5 stars or the P rating. If you get a poor star rating, we’ll encourage you to fix it before you’re allowed to ask the customer to revise it.  

Don’t forget, ratings and reviews are visible on all contractor profiles, playing a key role in helping customers compare and choose providers.
