Can I cancel a job and if so, how much does it cost?

If you are a customer and you’ve changed your mind about a job, you can cancel it – at no cost. Simply complete this form, and be sure to:

• Type ‘Job cancellation’ in the summary box
• Include all the details you gave your contractor (e.g. name, address, mobile) in the description box.
