When FSE is terminated due to unpaid fees, FSO can claim back the monthly fees and admin fees for up to the last 3 months of unpaid fees.

- FSO to notify Finance which month the claims are for
- If FSO is not under Bronze plan, please supply Finance with credit note or FSE statement to show the write off on your end
- Finance will process the credit against your account for the monthly fees and admin fee, provided you're not charged under minimum fee for those months
