When FSE is terminated due to unpaid fees, FSO can claim back the monthly fees and admin fees for up to the last 3 months of unpaid fees.

What's required?

  1. FSO to notify Finance which month the claims are for
  2. If FSO is not under Bronze plan, please supply Finance with credit note or FSE statement to show the write off on your end
  3. Finance will process the credit against your account for the monthly fees and admin fee, provided you're not charged under minimum fee for those months
