  1. Area Management: Copy Area Function

    Provides the ability to copy Geo spaces, Suburbs, Post Codes and States between FSE’s and FSO’s. This was a feature in FMS4 but due to IE4 no longer working in FMS4 (Microsoft turned this off) and thus redirects to FMS5.
    Find FSE/FSO > Select Area > Select Area Type > Click on From Another Area

12. Business Logic when FSE work code is set to "P" - No longer part of the release. No change in the existing behavior.

This feature enables the franchisees to be able to receive previous clients regardless of the areas when the franchisee is set to work code P.
If your Franchisee is set to work code P (Previous Clients Only), your franchisees will get previous client leads only in the areas where you provide the service.
