The Documents Team charge a processing fee of $32.82 per registration or renewal.
On top of the processing fee there are ASIC fees depending on the length of the registration (shown below):

The cost of a business name renewal is the same as a new registration listed above.
Transferring a business name (from 1 entity to another) is treated the same as a new registration through ASIC.
All fees are GST inclusive & non-refundable.
NOTE ** Business name registrations are only an Australian requirement and are only applicable for Australian franchisees.
